The recirculating ball electric steering gear assembly produced by the company is a type of automotive electric power steering (EPS). The recirculating ball electric power steering assembly (S-EPS) is suitable for pickup trucks, light trucks, and 9-21-seater box-type vehicles (vans). The system consists of a recirculating ball electric steering gear composed of a torque sensor, a power-assisted motor, a deceleration device, and a recirculating ball mechanical steering gear, together with a controller (ECU) and a steering drive shaft. This is the most novel structure of an electric power steering gear. This kind of S-EPS can all be installed on the frame, and the steering system is safer and easier to deploy. It is easy to replace the original hydraulic device mechanism. It is easier to modify various light trucks. The product is low in cost, easy to install, and has many advantages. It can change the position of the motor and the installation structure of the steering gear according to different vehicle installation requirements, and has great flexibility.

    2. Reduce the number of parts and realize the lightweight of the whole vehicle

    Hydraulic steering is applied to pure electric vehicles. It needs to be equipped with oil pipes, oil cans, oil pumps, electric motors, controllers and many other components to realize the power steering function; while the electric power steering realizes the integration of the whole machine, which saves time and effort in assembly, and is heavier than hydraulic steering.
