Quality Control

Raw material inspection: After the arrival of raw materials, the warehouse administrator will check the production notice with the label of steel coil to confirm the accuracy of specification, brand and weight. Quality inspection will test the actual wall thickness, chemical composition and mechanical properties of raw materials.

The mechanical properties of the first sample of the steel pipe are tested, and regular spot checks are carried out in the process. We carry out eddy current inspection on each one to ensure the quality of steel pipes.

Packing and Delivery

   Packed in wooden cases, lined with PVC cloth, coated with oil to achieve the purpose of rust prevention.  Use fumigated wooden cases or non-fumigated wooden cases, design and paste labels according to customer requirements. With years of shipping export experience, CBIES will reinforce the goods according to the situation of packing to ensure the safe arrival of the goods.
